1 hour 45 minutes (38 mi) from Ciudad Valles, located in the municipality of Aquismón, this vertical cavern whose depth reaches 512 meters, with a free fall of 376 meters, a diameter of 60 meters and declared as a Natural Monument, this wonder of place serves as a refuge for thousands of birds.
Swifts leave their nests between 7 a.m. and 9 a.m. all depending on the weather they can go out until 11 a.m. and they return between 6 p.m. and 7 p.m.

Located in the city of El Naranjo, These amazing waterfalls have a height of between 45 and 50 meters and at their feet they have a series of turquoise green pools, perfect for swimming and relaxing. The use of vests and life jackets is highly recommended due to the different depths that lie in the waters and to take extreme precautions due to the wet and slippery environment.
Possible restriction or suspension in rainy season (July to September).
Approximate duration: 9 am to 5 pm.

At 1 hour 43 minutes (63 mi) from Ciudad Valles, in the El Naranjo municipality, this waterfall, better known as “El Mirador”, is 35 meters high, and is located 10 km from the El Salto Waterfall.
In the middle of the vegetation, on the limestone rocks, you will be able to observe from the viewpoint from the road the incredible colors of the vegetation, fauna and geography of this beautiful destination.

At 1 hour (43 mi) from Ciudad Valles, El Puente de Dios is a natural spa formed by two pools and different waterfalls that flow into them, forming their distinctive turquoise color.
Inside the spa you can find caverns full of stalactites, stalagmites and columns very distinguishable to see by the sunlight.
It is highly recommended to visit this area from November to June where the waters are calmer and have their beautiful turquoise color.

This place has a unique architecture, it is made up of 36 sculptures spread over 37 hectares and combines art with the nature of the Huasteca Potosina.
The Garden is made up of multiple corridors, some wide, others narrow, some lead to the pools and others nowhere, it is a labyrinthine place.

57 minutes (41 mi) from Ciudad Valles, this small complex is only 2 kilometers from the center of the city of Tamasopo, and with the entrance you will have access to 4 large waterfalls and several areas where you can swim.
As in the all Huasteca’s rivers, the water is completely crystalline. In these natural pools you will find many fish in the water, so we recommend you bring goggles or your snorkeling equipment to see them more closely.
For the little ones there is also a rope system from where you can jump into the water next to one of the waterfalls.
The entire park is easy to navigate, with trails and hanging bridges. There are also many places to sit, as well as some bars and restaurants where you can eat.

1 hour (26 mi) from Ciudad Valles, With a fall 105 meters , the Tamul waterfall is the largest waterfall in San Luis Potosí, and so far, one of the favorite places in Mexico.
The fascinating turquoise blue color of the Tampaón River and the exciting canoe ride make this place a mandatory stop within the Huasteca Potosina.
You can reach the Tamul waterfall from below and above, the easiest and most well-known way is from below, aboard some colorful wooden canoes, called pangas. If you have time, we recommend that you do both tours, each tour has landscapes and activities that are very worthwhile.
